Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS) in Cape Town seeks a Driver Verification Agent to ensure driver records comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will audit documents, update verification spreadsheets, and manage transfer requests in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires Matric, 1–2 years in audit/document management, KYC & AML knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure with high workloads.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present ideas clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and correct Drivers Profiles in line with SOP.
• Provide input on SOP reviews.
• Conduct audits on all compliance documents.
• Capture driver's details on Driver Verification Control Spreadsheet (Excel).
• Attend to the Driver Transfer mailbox and action transfer requests.
• Turn-off IC Drivers with expired documents and E-Learning.
• Send weekly emails to hubs about expired documents and e-learning.
• Compile verification stats monthly and submit to stakeholders (Franchisee, Hub recruiter, FM & FCC).
• Action verification requests via Zendesk ticketing system.
• Complete daily performance reports (Verification & Cleanup).
• Take responsibility for assigned matters and tasks.
• Attend weekly team meetings on time.

Your responsibilities will include

• Monitor and correct Drivers Profiles in line with SOP.

• Accurately compile verification stats on the assigned Monthly Recruitment & Verification letterand submit to relevant stakeholders i.e. Franchisee, Hub recruiter, FM & FCC.
• Action all verification requests via the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Complete daily reports on performance (Verification & Clean up).
• Take responsibility for matters and work assigned.
• Attend weekly team meetings timeously.

• Ability to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally.
• Versatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric
• 1 – 2 Years Audit / Document Management Experience
• KYC & AML experience
• Must be knowledgeable on Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Knows how to work under pressure
• Works well in a team
• Must be computer literate.
