Job summary

Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Indgro Multi Services Group, Cape Town, is seeking a Driver Recruitment Coordinator to ensure driver supply standards are met. The role focuses on onboarding, audits, and reporting across the driver network, with emphasis on quality assurance and collaboration with the Driver Supply and Trust Manager.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• National Diploma or tertiary HR qualification would be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ audit and/or document management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ bulk recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the driver acquisition process including onboarding and activation.
• Review and approve partner, driver and vehicle applications.
• Manage sourcing, lead creation, onboarding and activation of drivers.
• Ensure rollout of new driver pools and driver status monitoring.
• Vetting of driver/partner documentation per platform requirements.
• Conduct in-person driver vehicle and appearance audits with district supervisors.
• Prepare a detailed weekly report of active drivers and capacity.
• Monitor driver performance and identify training needs.
