Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic direction and roadmap for a key business domain.
• Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and capacity.
• Partner with stakeholders across regions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse customer journeys, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and UX.
• Investigate problems, analyse data, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical teams, and leadership to design, implement, and validate solutions.
• Lead and mentor Business Analysts while contributing to delivery.
• Measure product performance and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and automation across the organisation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster open communication across teams.
