Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a results-driven professional to own the strategic direction and roadmap for a key business domain. You will prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and capacity, partnering with stakeholders across regions to identify opportunities.

You will analyse customer journeys and business processes to drive efficiencies, investigate problems, and develop practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering products, projects, or business initiatives from concept through to successful delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to use data to influence decisions and set priorities.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and working closely with software development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• SQL and advanced data analysis skills would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within financial services, lending, or similar industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Willingness to travel when required.

• Analyse customer journeys, business processes, and systems to drive operational efficiencies and enhance user experiences.
• Investigate business problems, analyse data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and leadership to design, implement, and validate solutions.
• Lead and mentor Business Analysts while actively contributing to problem-solving and delivery.
• Measure product performance and ensure solutions deliver intended business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives across the organisation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster open communication across teams.
