Job summary

CTM in Brits, South Africa is seeking a Dispatch Assistant to join our team. You will greet customers, ensure every delivery is accurate, and keep the dispatch and warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient.

You will manage control sheets, picking lists, dispatch documentation, and stock movements while assisting with annual stock counts. You will work in a supportive, team-driven environment that values reliability and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
• Ensure every delivery is accurate, checked, and ready to go.
• Keep dispatch and warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Manage control sheets, picking lists, and dispatch documentation.
• Handle customer credits and stock movements.
• Assist with annual stock counts and proper packing/storage.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
