Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant NQF level 7 qualification or equivalent as recognised by SAQA.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in middle/senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the strategic and operational planning processes for the Department.
• Ensure the development and alignment of departmental policies.
• Enhance departmental performance monitoring, review and reporting.
• Provide corporate communication and customer care services.
• Drive strategic planning processes and performance management.
