GPW in Pretoria is seeking a Senior Manager with a strong background in operations and production stock control to lead printing orders, stock management and distribution for government accounts.

You will oversee end-to-end order flow, material planning and dispatch, drive strategic relationships with national departments and regional clients, and ensure governance and compliance across stock and sales processes.

Formación

• A Grade 12 plus A Degree (NQF 7) in Engineering /Commerce/ Operations Management / Business Management / Inventory Management.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an Operations / Manufacturing environment at a Senior Management Level (13).
• Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework, PFMA, Financial Management, National Treasury Regulations and prescripts, cost accounting and business practices.
• Knowledge of business development practices and public service financial legislative frameworks (King Report).
• Travelling may be required.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, oversee and manage printing orders and production stock control functions.
• Oversee the management of estimated production orders and the flow from inception to delivery.
• Ensure strategic management of raw materials and production stock.
• Oversee and manage dispatching of finished goods.
• Oversee the management of printed stock and sales and identify opportunities for distribution channels, services and campaigns.
• Lead and oversee the strategic management of Key Accounts in National Departments and SOE/C market and in the SADC Region.
• Ensure safe storage, distribution and selling of face value products and maintain excellent customer care services.
• Oversee storage, control and sale of stationery items to government institutions and ensure inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Lead the Chief Directorate: interpreting strategy, resourcing priority projects, and developing systems to enable service delivery and HR development.
