Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM or related field required.
• 15+ years in global supply chain, with at least 8 years in a senior strategic leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, encompassing sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience, risk management, and business continuity planning across global operations.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of major supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, regional heads, and cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Develop and manage global supply chain budgets, optimizing resource allocation and driving cost efficiencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in global supply chain management, with at least 8 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex global supply chain strategies that have delivered significant business impact.
• Extensive knowledge of global logistics, international trade, procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience with advanced supply chain technologies, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and advanced planning systems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing large, multi‑cultural teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• Deep understanding of supply chain risk management and resilience strategies.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management within a supply chain context.
