Job summary

AES Global is seeking a highly autonomous Operations professional to own partner onboarding, payments and contract administration from Cape Town. You’ll also craft dashboards and external communications, acting as the bridge between engineering, risk and commercial teams.

The role combines ops, reporting and brand assets with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance and stakeholder management in a fintech context. Hybrid work in Cape Town is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business operations or generalist operations, ideally fintech/payments/startups.
• Comfort handling ambiguous, cross-functional problems with autonomy.
• Attention to detail with contracts, payments and compliance material.
• Ability to manage external relationships end-to-end with vendors and partners.
• Ability to work with data and build dashboards.
• Design-literate communicator capable of brand collateral creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and launch of new commercial partners and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Sign-off on outbound payment runs and prepare supporting docs.
• Draft and amend commercial agreements; manage renewals and data protection coordination.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards covering volumes and performance.
• Be the go-to for engineering and risk on partner data issues and exception calls.
• Administer CRM, helpdesk, analytics and telephony tooling including access and integrations.
• Own brand assets, templates and external content; plan presence at industry events.
