Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in aquatics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Current lifeguard certification and pool operator certification (e.g., CPO, NSPF) are mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in program development, staff management, and budget administration within an aquatic setting.
• In-depth knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing competitive swim teams or developing swim schools is highly desirable.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the aquatics department, aligning with the facility's goals.
• Oversee daily operations of all aquatic facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and optimal functionality.
• Manage and mentor a team of aquatic staff, including instructors, lifeguards, and coaches, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop, promote, and manage diverse aquatic programs including learn-to-swim, competition, water aerobics, and recreation.
