Job summary

Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or equivalent) in Public Management or Project Management.
• Experience in infrastructure and support services.
• Knowledge of OHSC standards and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of infrastructure master planning and lifecycle planning.
• Manage capital improvement projects for buildings and physical infrastructure across all sites.
• Oversee support services including workshop, transport, records management, and housekeeping.
• Manage service contracts (security, cleaning, maintenance, access control, biometric systems, CCTV, fire systems, grounds, pest control).
• Ensure efficient Security/Access Control for staff and students across multi-campus sites.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for support services.
• Provide leadership for staff in support services.
