The Department of Health and Wellness in the Western Cape invites applications for a permanent role in financial and supply chain management. The post requires experience in managing expenditure, contracts, and patient administration within a regulated budget.

Develop and maintain efficient SCM administration, supervise staff, and support financial and revenue processes. A National Diploma (NQF 6) or equivalent is required; willingness to travel and after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good management and supervisory skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an effective, efficient and economic supply chain management administration and service.
• Manage expenditure in accordance with the approved institutional budget.
• Develop and maintain an effective patient administration, revenue and patient records service.
• Manage subordinates within components.
• Provide support with regards to contract management in the Sub-district.
