Job summary

Pedros in Durban is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects across the group. You will bridge business needs with IT capabilities, manage vendors, and drive adoption of new systems across multiple sites and brands.

The role requires strong project management discipline, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget while aligning with group PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in information systems, project management, business management, computer science or a related field
• 5+ years’ project management experience delivering technology, software or digital transformation projects
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams and managing third‑party vendors
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects across Pedros and its brands
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans and status reports
• Coordinate SIT, UAT and production readiness and ensure smooth handovers to operations
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance against contracts
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive updates
