Digital Silk is seeking a senior-level Digital Strategist to lead client relationships, craft web and marketing strategies, and guide branding, design, development, and marketing teams on building impactful campaigns.

You will drive value, upsell services, and grow client partnerships while working remotely for a US-based headquarters with EST hours (8am–5pm). This role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience managing clients and leading teams on web projects.
• Over 3 years of experience managing custom websites and marketing projects.
• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft effective headlines.
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks.
• Ability to create and present website strategies end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Create website and marketing strategies and present them to clients.
• Lead website projects from concept to launch.
• Guide designers on UX conversion funnels and header messaging.
• Upsell on marketing to drive client growth.
• Provide ongoing client consultation and progress updates.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client
• Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX conversion funnels
• Lead website projects from concept to launch
• Ability to show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth
• Give feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performance on each client account
• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results
• Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are all up to date
• Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
• Report to the CEO on team performance and metric reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
• Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
• Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
• Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
