We are seeking to hire a Paid Social Specialist with proven digital marketing & team leadership expertise to:

• Lead and train social team and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Set up analytics and provide reports and insights on campaign performance
• Create marketing strategies and help in sales pitches
• Ensure client marketing goals are met and able to improve results when needed

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the performance of the social team
• Spearhead marketing strategies
• Be hands-on when needed to set up or optimize campaigns
• Support sales when needed and create marketing presentations
• Conversion set up and confirm tracking
• Create analytics reports
• Prepare presentations to share insights and findings with clients
• Ensuring the marketing team is achieving results for each client

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience
• Expertise in setting up and optimizing social campaigns
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
• Solid experience in creating marketing strategies
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• High competence in project and stakeholder management
• Able to work EST hours work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
