Digital Silk is seeking a senior Digital Strategist to lead client relationships and deliver strategic online growth. You will guide branding, design, development and marketing teams on custom sites and campaigns, ensuring value delivery for clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in client management and digital projects, with strong copywriting abilities and a track record of upselling effectively. Remote-friendly with EST hours and US headquarters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch (client side and internal teams).
• 5+ years managing clients and design/development teams on web projects.
• 3+ years managing custom websites and marketing projects.
• Ability to create and present website strategies end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting skills and effective headlines creation.
• Experience in digital marketing space with growth-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create website and marketing strategies and present them to clients.
• Develop optimized header messaging for websites and guide UX conversion funnels.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client

• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results
• Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are all up to date
• Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
• Report to the CEO on team performance and metric reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
• Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
• Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
• Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
