Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Computer Skills Educator to join its academic staff in Mahikeng. You will design and deliver lessons covering word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, basic programming concepts, and online safety to equip students with essential digital literacy.

You will maintain a well-equipped computer lab, assess progress through practical projects and tests, and stay current with technology trends to enrich learning in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in IT, CS, or Education with a technology focus.
• Proven experience in teaching computer skills or basic IT concepts.
• Proficiency in common computer software and hardware.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Patience and supportive approach to teaching students with varying levels of technical ability.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities
