The ideal Scrum Master should have exceptional knowledge of Agile methodologies, a strong background in leading teams, and excellent communication skills. This role involves coaching the team in Scrum principles and practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of Agile philosophy and ability to coach teams.
• Experience with Scrum Framework and its core principles.
• Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
