Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems or Business Management.
• Around 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, process optimization or performance management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel and other digital analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process engineering and customer journey analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor digital KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable performance insights.
• Analyse digital customer journeys to identify friction and conversion improvements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities using Lean Six Sigma.
• Validate data quality and establish measurement frameworks for digital channels.
• Analyse customer behaviour to improve self-service adoption and engagement.
• Support continuous improvement and track realisation of benefits.
• Facilitate performance reviews and maintain reporting standards.
