Job summary

The Recruitment Pig in Gauteng is seeking an energetic digital marketing specialist to own end-to-end campaigns across channels, from planning to reporting. You will collaborate with creatives, data analysts and sales to optimize ROAS and customer journeys.

You have 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing, experience with Meta Ads Manager, Figma reviews, Klaviyo emails, and strong copywriting. This role offers learning, team support, and opportunities to shape growth.

• 3 years of hands-on digital and growth marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with design review workflows and tools like Figma.
• Experience creating email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar CRM software.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, brand communications, or digital media.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong team-player qualities.
