Job summary

AES Global is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to build and manage its online presence for mining and industrial sectors. You will craft compelling content that translates complex technical work into clear, commercially relevant messaging.

Based in Pretoria, you’ll drive the company’s LinkedIn and YouTube channels, maintain the WordPress website, implement SEO, and track performance with monthly reports. A portfolio of work and 3–5 years in digital marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, community management or a related field.
• Proven video production (filming, editing, publishing), and tools such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms, and strong graphic design
• Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS) and an understanding of SEO, analytics and reporting
• Strong written communication — able to translate technical subject matter into engaging content
• A portfolio of previous work
