Job summary

Netstar, a business unit of Altron, seeks a Digital Inspection Agent for the Bureau team in Midrand. You will review, analyse, edit, and compile video inspection reports for fleet operations, ensuring accuracy and clear video evidence.

The role requires attention to detail, 1–2 years in related fields, and proficiency with video tools (Camtasia) and reporting systems. Work is conducted on-site with secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Relevant qualification in Administration, IT or Video Analysis advantageous.
• 1–2 years in digital monitoring, video analysis, reporting or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse video footage to identify incidents and violations.
• Use Camtasia to record, edit, and annotate inspection videos with required headings and comments.
• Capture incidents and reporting data in the PUTCO Violation Manager system; generate Full Pack reports.
• Maintain organised electronic filing systems and upload reports to the PUTCO server via VPN.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and stakeholders; provide accurate status updates.
