Leading International Business School is seeking a Digital Retail Sales Consultant to drive enrollment in short programmes. You will convert inbound digital leads, conduct virtual consultations, and present programmes to prospective students, while managing a strong sales pipeline with CRM discipline.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in a sales role within IT training, EdTech, or professional education.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-performance environment.
• Experience selling short courses, certifications, or digital learning solutions to individuals or corporate clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with strong pipeline management, data capture, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Drive sales of short programmes through digital channels including inbound leads, CRM platforms, virtual consultations, and online presentations.
• Convert qualified leads to enrolled students using a structured, consultative sales methodology tailored to each prospective student's needs.
• Conduct thorough needs analyses to accurately match prospective students with the most relevant short course offerings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrolment targets.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through accurate and up-to-date CRM usage, including pipeline forecasting and activity tracking.
• Deliver compelling virtual product presentations and programme walkthroughs via platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to maximize lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.
• Maintain a comprehensive, current knowledge of all short course offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to provide feedback on lead quality and support campaign performance optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics in line with reporting requirements.
