Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred with FAIS knowledge (if applicable).
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Familiarity with Nedbank policies and procedures.
• Ability to educate clients on digital self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Build client trust by applying expertise and experience to help clients.
• Educate clients on subscribing to and servicing their accounts.
• Explain product features and benefits to clients and drive adoption.
• Own client requests end to end and route for alternatives if needed.
• Maintain client relationships by updating on progress and actions.
