Job summary

De Beers Group is seeking a senior expert to own Diamond Revenue estimation and forecasting. You will develop revenue models for all mines, ensure data validity, and align models with price books while supporting strategic decisions across the group.

The role requires deep knowledge of the diamond pipeline, governance processes, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strong emphasis on risk management and continuous process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a mining discipline, geosciences, statistics, econometrics or similar.
• Registered professional and full member of relevant professional discipline institute (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Diamond Resource Revenue Models for all operations and future mines.
• Ensure revenue modelling complies with business requirements and reporting standards.
• Define modelling processes from sampling to forecasting and their practical application.
• Maintain data validation to ensure revenue inputs are accurate and robust.
• Align revenue models with the latest Price Book and ensure clear reconciliation of changes.
• Compile revenue forecasts for business units and finance.
• Deconvolute revenue data so revenues are correctly allocated to operations.
• Develop and maintain resource classification scorecards for revenue.
• Promote SHE and support governance across the group.
