De Beers Group is seeking a senior Tax leader to head Africa country tax teams, delivering advisory, compliance, and policy support across the region. You will partner with senior executives and external authorities to manage tax risk and drive value for the group.

The role requires extensive knowledge of domestic and international tax principles, transfer pricing, and strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on aligning tax strategy with business objectives.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of domestic and international tax principles.
• Experience with transfer pricing and tax residence considerations.
• Ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Africa country tax teams to deliver advisory, compliance, business partnering and policy support.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including executives and tax authorities.
• Drive delivery against Group Tax KPIs and tax risk management in the region.
• Represent the group tax strategy in country-level governance and external engagements.
