Job summary

De Beers Group is seeking a senior revenue modelling expert to own diamond revenue estimation and forecasting across current operations and future mines. You will lead the development of robust revenue models, ensuring aligned inputs to business plans, and engage with Group strategy and pricing teams.

You will drive high-integrity data validation, adherence to governance, and integration with the Group’s revenue systems, while mentoring talent within the Diamond Revenue team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a mining related field with relevant experience.
• Professional registration with a discipline institute is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ senior level experience in mining, diamond sorting & sales, or pricing.

Responsibilities

• Define Diamond Revenue Models for all operations and future mines.
• Ensure compliance with reporting codes and country regulations.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and risk registers.
• Interact with Competent Persons, Sightholder Sales, Pricing, and Group Strategy.
