Job summary

CallForce is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst in Cape Town to lead MI/BI/BA data strategy with a focus on dialler data management. You will drive digital transformation and work closely with the dialler team to optimise data, segmentation and campaign targeting for better contact rates.

You will build centralised reporting, deliver leadership dashboards, and spearhead BI initiatives for strategic planning and forecasting across campaigns and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI or BA, preferably in BPO/contact centre.
• Experience with dialler systems and campaign data segmentation.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage centralised reporting across departments.
• Deliver real-time dashboards and leadership insights.
• Lead BI initiatives for planning and forecasting.
• Analyse processes and propose data-driven improvements.
• Own the dialler data strategy, segmentation, cleansing, and uploads.
• Ensure dialler data segmentation aligns with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with operations to align data with objectives.
• Drive transformation using AI, automation and cloud tech.
