Job summary

Network Finance in South Africa seeks a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will implement scalable pipelines and automate deployments in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, strengthen security, and ensure high availability while collaborating with Developers, QA, and business stakeholders to improve delivery and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with containerised environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Cloud platform experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and automation best practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
