Job summary

Tiger Consumer Brands Ltd. is seeking a ready-to-lead Stock Controller/Shift Supervisor to manage loading, dispatch, and stock reconciliation in our Pretoria facility.

You will oversee stock counts, reporting, and housekeeping while ensuring adherence to safety and food safety policies. Strong communication, problem solving, and a background in FMCG are essential.

Qualifications

• ND in supply chain or logistics is required.
• 3–5 years FMCG experience preferred.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders.
• Reconcile and balance stock.
• Coordinate loading and dispatch processes.
• Execute stock counts and prepare reports.

Managing the loading, despatching and reconciling of all products within the bakery

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Stock Management & Control

• Receiving and processing of orders
• Reconciliation of stock
• Balancing of stock
• Coordinate loading process
• Receiving and processing orders
• Managing Departure times
• Executing stock counts

Safety and housekeeping

• Adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
• Adhering to Food Safety policy, work instructions, and procedures related to Dispatch
• Ensuring truck cleanliness

Reporting and documentation

• Preparation of reports daily report, weekly and monthly report
• Filing and general office duties
• Ensuring all documentation is stored and filed safely

People Management

• IR and discipline management
• Manage time and attendance including overtime worked

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Minimum Requirements

• ND: Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years FMCG experience
• 2 -3 years supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Business Acumen
• Problem Solving ability
