Job summary

Arjo Cape Town is seeking a Postal & Operations Supervisor to lead inbound receiving, depot operations, laundry and dispatch with a strong focus on quality and safety. You will manage asset lifecycle, ERP/WMS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the rental operation.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or rental ops, a relevant diploma or degree, and hands-on coaching of teams to meet SOPs and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in operations/logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, depot operations or rental operations.
• Proven ERP/WMS experience and data accuracy responsibility.
• Experience in training, coaching and development of teams.
• Experience with SOPs, quality processes and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Manage inbound receiving, depot operations, laundry, decontamination and dispatch.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, quality inspection and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting across receiving, dispatch and laundry.
• Coach and develop staff, set standards and manage performance.
