Job summary

AES Global is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery across investment-technology teams from its Cape Town office. You will act as a conductor, aligning multi-team efforts with a focus on AI-enabled, modern ways of working and tangible business outcomes.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineering leads and domain experts to ensure delivery is structured, paced, and value-driven within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Agile projects and delivery at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering in technology environments, ideally in financial services or asset management.
