Qualifications
- Experience leading delivery in agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with Jira, Plandek, and delivery analytics tools.
- Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven productivity.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and delivery execution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve delivery outcomes.
- Manage risks, blockers, and stakeholder expectations proactively.
- Use data, metrics, and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion automation, AI-assisted workflows, and innovative delivery practices.
