Job summary

You will coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders, allocate resources, drive process improvements, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture that aligns with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' software development experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing software development teams.
• Proven ability to establish, implement, and continuously improve development processes.
• Experience allocating resources and coordinating project delivery to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
