- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project delivery, programme management, or delivery leadership
- Proven experience leading software development or technology teams
- Strong Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery experience
- Budget and resource management experience
- Risk and dependency management expertise
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong reporting, governance, and delivery oversight experience
