Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple agile software squads in a hybrid-capable South Africa team. You will coordinate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Designers and stakeholders to ensure valuable outcomes are delivered predictably and sustainably.

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple agile software development squads, ensuring teams deliver valuable outcomes predictably, sustainably, and transparently. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Designers, and stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and continuously improve how work gets done.

This is more than a project management role. You'll be a key driver of team effectiveness, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-powered ways of working.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead delivery across multiple agile squads.

• Proven experience managing multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience with Jira, Plandek, and delivery analytics tools.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven productivity.
