Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Learning, DEI & Change Manager to drive talent development, DEI initiatives and change programs that align with our business goals in KwaZulu-Natal. You will design and implement learning strategies, lead inclusion initiatives, and partner with HR and senior leaders to ensure effective onboarding, development, and equitable recruitment across the organization.

The role requires a strong track record in building scalable programs, managing stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, DEI, or change management.
  • Experience designing and implementing learning programs and DEI initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead change management projects in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development and recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Equity Act and related legislation; develop equity plans and reports.
  • Lead DEI initiatives, promote internal mobility and career development, and drive onboarding programs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and equity data to inform senior management reporting.
