Job summary

Atlas Finance is seeking a dedicated front-line administrator to handle customer care calls and clerical duties, ensuring queries are resolved within SLA. The candidate will manage information with accuracy, maintain time management, and possess MS Office skills, debt review knowledge, and bilingual communication abilities to serve diverse clients in South Africa.

Responsibilities include sending balances and settlements, responding to debt counselors and administrators, and handling inquiries

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF 4)
• Competent in MS Office Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
• English language proficiency and one other South African language
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of NCA and compliance
• Strong administration skills and Exceptional work ethic
• Full understanding of Debt review knowledge

Responsibilities

• Send balances and settlements and respond with letters when paid in full
• Resolve and respond to queries from Debt Counselors and Administrators
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Evaluate and verify information received
• Work with Excalibur, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Manage responsibilities with initiative, time management
