Job summary

inDrive is seeking a Fleet Partnership Manager in South Africa to drive local fleet growth by identifying and onboarding partners, and managing ongoing relationships. You will work with dealers, insurers, and service providers to strengthen the platform’s value for fleet operators.

The role requires coordinating partner onboarding, monitoring KPI metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• English: B2 level or higher is required for HQ collaboration.
• Proven experience in B2B negotiations and contracts.
• 1–2 years in business development or key account management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; proficient with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard new fleet partners through outreach and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end contracting, ensuring commercial terms and compliance.
• Serve as daily contact for fleet partners and handle routine requests.
• Execute local fleet strategy, monitor market trends, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of third-party vendors for fleet partners (OEMs, banks/lessors).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and payments, optimize KPIs.
