The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, solid pricing skills and meticulous data integrity. You will partner with Sales and CRM to move deals quickly while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or similar function.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or equivalent.
• Strong pricing and margin calculation skills.
• Experience within a governance or approvals framework.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy before customer outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own deal construction in CPQ and ensure quotes match negotiated terms.
• Produce accurate Fee Proposal and Order Documents reflecting pricing and terms.
• Calculate pricing and margin using established models and flag complex deals.
• Route deals through governance and approvals per tiered framework.
• Be the first point of contact for Sales and CRM on commercial mechanics.
• Maintain pricing, product, and approvals data in CPQ and Salesforce.
