Job summary

The Apex Group is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Sales and CRM teams. You will own CPQ configuration, produce accurate fee proposals and order documents, and ensure pricing and margin reflect negotiated terms.

In this role you will route deals through governance, maintain data integrity in CPQ and Salesforce, and act as the first point of contact for commercial mechanics. A fast-paced environment and keen attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Deal Desk or related roles.
• Hands-on CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent).
• Strong pricing and margin calculation skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple deals in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Clear, confident communication with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own deal construction in CPQ across full portfolio; ensure system matches agreement.
• Produce accurate Fee Proposal Documents and Order Documents.
• Own deal pricing and margin production; validate with models.
• Route deals through governance/model tiers for approvals.
• Be first point of contact for Sales and CRM on commercial mechanics.
• Maintain commercial data integrity in CPQ and Salesforce.
