The role requires a minimum of 3 years in DC operations and hands-on experience with major WMS platforms such as Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP or HighJump. You will be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team in Durban.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience within DC operations.
• Experience with WMS systems such as Logfire(Oracle), Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP, HighJump or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle WMS (user maintenance, access, profiles, location maintenance) and provide level-1 support to DC operations.
• Interface between DC Operations and WMS Vendor for issue logging and resolution.
• Perform routine audits of systems and operational processes.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure network infrastructure is up and running.
• Develop reporting and dashboards from WMS database for OPS management.
• Test and roll out new WMS functionalities and upgrades.
