Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe, efficient receiving, handling, production and distribution.
• Lead Slitting Operators, Material handlers and clerks for skills growth.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and quality control processes.
• Plan weekly production and distribution to optimize plant resources.
• Ensure SLA adherence, OTIF targets and safety performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and motivate supervision and staff; drive development plans.
