We seek a analytical, KPI-driven leader with a B.Comm or BTech in Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including WMS systems such as Oracle or SAP. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifikationen

• B.Comm or Btech Accounting/Cost Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Previous experience with WMS systems such as Oracle, SAP, Logfire or similar.
• High level proficiency with MS Office packages.
• Previous experience in mini project management advantageous.
• Comfortable with change and excellent team player.

Aufgaben

• Prepare DC monthly income statement.
• Prepare DC month end journals to ensure all cost allocated accurately.
• Prepare cost variance analysis.
• Process all DC invoices for payment and maintain a real time overview of expenses versus budget.
• Prepare annual DC budget process and long-term planning.
• Maintain the purchase order tracking tool to control all expenses to align with approved budget.
