Qualifications

• B.Comm or Btech Accounting/Cost Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with WMS systems such as Oracle, SAP, Logfire or similar.
• High proficiency with MS Office packages.
• Mini project management experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable with change and strong team player.
• Learning and adapting to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare DC monthly income statement.
• Prepare DC month end journals and cost allocation.
• Prepare cost variance analysis.
• Process DC invoices and monitor expenses vs budget.
• Prepare annual DC budget and long-term planning.
• Maintain PO tracking to control expenses.
• Prepare and present trend reports and dashboards.
• Plan weekly timesheets and manage temporary staff invoicing.
• Manage DC finance and procurement for 2 DCs in CPT.
