Job summary

EQPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD in Pretoria is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to own CRM and Salesforce initiatives, ensuring accurate and integrated customer data to support acquisition, conversion and retention.

Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to take ownership of CRM and Salesforce initiatives, customer data governance, and related projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and integrated customer data while supporting customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Location: Menlyn Maine, Pretoria

Work Model: Hybrid

Contract: Initial 12-month contract, with potential for renewal or permanent

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree/Diploma).
• ND in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Knowledge of POPIA and data governance will be advantageous.
