ATS Client is seeking a Data & Insights Specialist to turn large datasets, including call transcripts, into actionable insights that improve negotiations, decision-making, and collections. You will work with multiple data sources, leveraging AI/LLMs to identify patterns and opportunities for operational improvements.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical delivery, turning insights into simple actions that drive daily operations and performance in a debt/capital
