Job summary

Sasol in Sandton, Gauteng, seeks a Finance Controlling professional to support FP&A, Capital Portfolio Management, IVC and Business Building. You will translate business needs into scalable Power BI reporting, analytics and automation solutions that improve decision support across SA Finance Controlling.

The role requires strong Power BI capability and exposure to AI-enabled tools; collaborate with finance stakeholders to enhance data quality, self-service analytics and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for Finance Controlling roles.
• 6 years of relevant experience in finance or BI reporting.
• Strong Power BI capabilities and data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly capital reporting and active capital management.
• Prepare capital performance insights and forecast updates for business leaders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline recurring reporting.
• Support users with data issues and enable self-service analytics.
• Standardise and improve reporting processes across FP&A and related functions.
• Engage stakeholders to understand reporting pain points and deliver data solutions.
• Pursue personal development goals.
