Job summary

Sasol Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Controlling professional based in South Africa to drive scalable reporting and analytics using Power BI. You will support FP&A, Capital Portfolio Management, and Integrated Financial Reporting, translating business needs into automated analytics.

The role requires strong Power BI capability, data analytics experience, and collaboration with finance teams to improve decision support and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years of relevant experience in finance controlling or similar.
• Strong Power BI capability and data analytics experience.
• Experience in business intelligence and reporting for finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly capital reporting and forecasting for FP&A, Capital Portfolio Management and IVC.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for finance stakeholders.
• Apply AI automation tools to streamline recurring reporting tasks.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and enable self-service analytics.
• Standardise and improve reporting across FP&A and Capital Portfolio Management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Pursue personal development goals and track progress.
