Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP or RICS.
• Minimum 8-10+ years in quantity surveying within the construction industry (building, civil, or infrastructure).
• Experience with data centre projects and MEPF services is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
• Develop multi-scenario cost forecasts to support client decisions.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money.
• Draft and review contracts in line with client standards and industry norms.
• Manage post-contract cost control, variations and final accounts.
• Produce monthly cost reports with variance analysis and cash flows.
